I have been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2005, guiding more than 1,000 individuals and families through some of their most important financial and life decisions.
After more than two decades in real estate, I believe my greatest value isn't simply finding a buyer, booking showings or writing an offer. **It's knowing what to do when the answer isn't obvious.**
Markets change. Negotiations get difficult. Properties have problems. That's when experience, judgment and strong representation matter.
I believe my clients deserve straight answers, even when they're not necessarily the answers they were hoping to hear. If I think your home needs a different pricing strategy, I'll tell you. If I believe you're about to overpay for a property, I'll tell you that too. And if walking away is in your best interest, I'd rather lose a transaction than watch you make a decision I don't believe is right for you.
